Mila Pilz | Principal
Mila is the principal of Pangea Mediation, LLC. Ms. Pilz earned her master’s degrees in Conflict Resolution and in International and Intercultural Communication from the University of Denver along with a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Denver’s University College. For the past seven years, Mila was an Executive Director with the Lancaster, PA based nonprofits of the Lancaster Mediation Center, Conflict Resolution Services and Advoz. Ms. Pilz is a basic, divorce/custody and elder mediator. Additionally, Ms. Pilz is trained in facilitation and restorative justice processes such as circles and victim-offender dialogue.
